3 cups cassava (finely grated)
1 1/2 cups coconut (finely grated)
3/4 cups pumpkin (finely grated)
1/3 cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg a pinch of ground cloves
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger (finely grated)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
