2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
2/3 cups cold water
2 tsp lemon juice OR white vinegar
Butter / Beurrage:
2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup all purpose flour
Pastries bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
