It’s August and while the kids are home here’s a fun project you can do together. They will love these peanut butter cookies with a tall glass of milk. Crunchy on the edges and chewy in the middle, these were a big hit at snack time.
My kids loved making these cookies, they had so much fun and they enjoyed it so much more knowing they made it themselves! These are so fun and easy to make and the ingredients are so simple! See for yourself!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes
