Fluffy Soft Potato Bread Rolls

These rolls are fluffy soft and rich with flavor! The star ingredient – Potato!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup warm water (reuse water from boiled potatoes)

1 tbsp yeast

2 eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cups butter, melted

1 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

1 tsp salt

6 cups all purpose flour

1/4 cup extra flour for kneading

Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes.

Brush with melted butter halfway through baking, and brush again when rolls are out of the oven.

These rolls keep soft for several days.
