Ingredients:
2 cups finely grated coconut
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Just a pinch of ground cinnamon
3/4 cup water
2 – 2 1/4 cups powdered milk
Sprinkles (optional)
Recipe makes 30-36 Barfi squares.
