Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Roll cookie dough into 2″ balls and chill for atleast 2 hours before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 340° for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Store cookies in a sealed container wrapped in wax paper.Cookie dough can be frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
