Cream of Wheat Parsad

This cream of wheat parsad is fluffy and light, aromatic with cardamom and ginger, and so very delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup full cream milk
1 cup water
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom / elichie
1 1/2 tsp ginger, finely grated
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup ghee
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup cream of wheat parsad, fine

Recipe make approximately 6 servings
